How to Filter and Sort in Konnector History
Step 1: Login to Your Konnectify Account
Open the Konnectify website or app and log into your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Konnector History
After logging in, go to your Konnector Library or Dashboard.
Locate and click on the Konnector History section to view the history of all actions and events performed through your connectors.
Step 3: Apply Time-Based Filters
In the Konnector History section, look for time-based filter options at the top of the page.
Select one of the following time filters:
Last 1 Hour: Shows actions performed in the past hour.
Today: Filters actions performed today.
Yesterday: Filters actions performed yesterday.
This Week: Filters actions performed within the current week.
This Month: Filters actions performed within the current month.
Pick a Day: Allows you to select a specific date to filter the actions performed on that day.
Step 4: Apply Status-Based Filters
After selecting a time range, filter by the status of the connector actions. Choose from:
Success: Actions that completed successfully.
Warning: Actions that completed with warnings but did not fail entirely.
Failure: Actions that failed.
No Input: Actions that were triggered but didn’t receive input or data.
Partial Success: Actions where part of the workflow succeeded, but some steps had issues.
Step 5: Filter Based on Task Executed
Select the task executed by your connector to narrow down the results based on the type of action performed:
Condition Checks: Actions that check for specific conditions.
Data Processing: Actions related to processing data.
Notifications Sent: Tasks where notifications were sent to users or teams.
Choose the relevant task type to filter and focus on specific actions.
Step 6: Apply the Filters
After selecting the filters for time, status, and task, click the Apply Filters button to update your history view. The Konnector History will now display only the records that match your selected criteria.
Step 7: Sort the Filtered Results
After applying the filters, you can sort the results. Choose one of the following Date/Time: Sort by when the actions occurred (newest to oldest or oldest to newest).
Status: Sort by the status of the action (e.g., success, failure, warning).
Task Type: Sort by the type of task executed (e.g., condition checks, data processsorting options:
ing).
Click the arrows next to the sorting field to change the order (ascending or descending).
Step 8: Review Filtered and Sorted Results
After filtering and sorting, review the results to track specific actions, monitor your connector’s performance, and troubleshoot any issues.
