A form in Konnectify is a tool for collecting data that can be integrated into your workflows. Forms can be customized with various fields to gather specific information from users. The data collected via forms can then be automatically processed and sent to other apps, such as Google Sheets, as part of a workflow.

About Our Forms

Konnectify allows you to create and integrate forms seamlessly into your workflows. These forms can be used to collect data, which can then be automatically processed and sent to your desired apps, such as Google Sheets. Forms can be customized to suit your specific data collection needs.

Under forms, we have a list of form fields like Text, Email, etc.

For example, Here are a list of examples for each of the form fields we have available.

Form Fields	Description	Examples
Text	Single line input for short text responses.	"Please enter your name," "Provide your job title."
Email	Input field specifically for email addresses.	"Enter your email address, such as user@example.com."
Dropdown	Selection field with a dropdown list of options.	"Select your country from the dropdown list," "Choose a product category."
Number	Input field for numerical values only.	"Enter your age," "Specify the quantity you need," "Input the price."
Radio Button	Selection field where only one option can be chosen.	"Select your gender: Male or Female," "Choose Yes or No."
Multi-line	Text area for longer text responses or comments.	"Provide detailed feedback," "Enter your full address," "Write a description."
Heading	Non-interactive text used to separate sections or provide titles.	"Section Title: Personal Information," "Instructions: Please read carefully."
Checkbox	Selection field where multiple options can be chosen.	"Select your interests: Sports, Music, Reading," "Check the box to accept terms and conditions."
Date and Time	Input field for selecting date and/or time.	"Choose an appointment date," "Select the event time."
