Integrating Freshdesk with other applications you commonly use, via Konnectify, can significantly enhance your customer support workflows. Here’s a detailed guide on how to do it:

Step 1: Connect Freshdesk

  1. Log in to Konnectify: Access and login to your Konnectify account.

  2. Navigate to Integrations: On the Konnector Page, select “Integrations” and select Freshdesk from the list of apps available.

  3. Authorize Freshdesk: You’ll be prompted to provide a domain and a functional URL.

Step 2: Create a Workflow

  1. Start a New Workflow: Click on “Create New Konnector” from the Konnector Page.

  2. Select a Trigger: Choose a suitable trigger from a list of available Freshworks triggers that will initiate the workflow.

  3. Choose an Action: Once a trigger is selected, define the action that should be performed in the other app.

For instance, If you’re creating a task in Trello when a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, your trigger should be “New ticket is created” and your action in Trello is “Creating a task.”

Step 3: Configure Workflow Settings

  1. Map Fields: Ensure that relevant fields from Freshdesk are correctly mapped to corresponding fields in the connected application. This ensures data is transferred accurately between systems.

  2. Set Conditions (Optional): Add conditions to refine when the workflow should trigger. For example, you might want the workflow to only trigger for high-priority tickets.

Step 4: Activate and Monitor Workflow

  1. Activate the Workflow: After setting up and testing the workflow, activate it to start automating your processes.

  2. Monitor Workflow Performance: Use Konnectify’s Konnector Page to track the workflow’s performance and make any necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Available Triggers in Freshdesk

  • New Ticket Raised: Trigger workflows when a new ticket is raised.

  • New Contact Added: Trigger workflows when a contact is added.

  • New Note added to Ticket: Trigger workflows when a new note is added to a ticket.

  • Ticket Updated: Trigger workflows when a new ticket is updated.

  • Contact Updated: Trigger workflows when a contact is updated.
