How To Toggle On/Off a Konnector

Created by Alan Chris, Modified on Wed, 19 Mar at 1:04 PM by Alan Chris

Step 1: Navigate to the Konnector Library

  • After logging in, you’ll be directed to your Konnectify dashboard. From here, locate and click on the "Konnector Library" tab in the main navigation bar or menu.

  • The Konnector Library contains a list of all available integrations, automations, and external services that Konnectify can connect to. This is where you can manage all the Konnectors you want to activate or deactivate.

Step 2: Find the Konnector You Want to Turn On

  • In the Konnector Library, browse through the available Konnectors or use the search bar to quickly locate the specific Konnector you want to enable. You can also filter by category if needed.

  • Once you’ve found the desired Konnector, look for the toggle switch next to its name or description. This switch allows you to control the Konnector’s status.

Step 3: Toggle the Konnector On

  • To turn on the Konnector, simply click the toggle switch next to its name. The switch will change color—typically turning green—indicating that the Konnector is now active.

  • Once the toggle is switched on, the Konnector will begin its integration with the external tool or service, and any associated automation or data syncing will be enabled

Toggle the Konnector Off

  • On the Konnector's details page, you will see a toggle switch next to the Konnector’s name or description. This toggle is used to control the Konnector’s status—whether it’s on or off.

  • To turn off the Konnector, simply click the toggle switch. The switch will change color from green (active) to gray (inactive), indicating that the Konnector is now turned off and the integration or automation will no longer be active.

  • Once the Konnector is turned off, the associated tasks, data syncing, or integrations will stop functioning until you decide to turn it back on.
