Konnector Status in Konnectify

Konnector Status indicates the operational state of your automated workflows, known as Konnectors. Understanding these statuses is crucial for effective workflow management. Konnectify provides 3 different statuses for the Konnectors, as follows:

  1. Active

  2. Inactive

  3. Draft

1. Active

Definition: The Konnector is currently operational and performing its designated tasks.

Indication: The status toggle for the Konnector is turned on.

Action: To activate a Konnector, turn on the Status toggle. A success notification saying "Konnector Activated" will confirm activation.

2. Inactive

Definition: The Konnector is not operational and will not execute any tasks.

Indication: The status toggle for the Konnector is turned off.

Action: To deactivate a Konnector, turn off the Status toggle. This will pause the workflow until reactivated.

3. Draft

Definition: The Konnector is in the setup stage and is not yet ready for execution.

Indication: The Konnector remains in the draft section and has not been activated.

Action: To finalize and activate the Konnector, complete the necessary configurations and turn on the Status toggle.

Managing Konnector Status

  • Accessing Konnectors: Navigate to the All Konnectors page to view your workflows.

  • Activating/Deactivating: Use the Status toggle next to each Konnector to change its status.

Regularly monitoring and adjusting the status of your Konnectors ensures that your automated workflows align with your current business needs.
