How To Activate a Konnector

Step 1: Navigate to the Konnector Library

Once you’re logged in, the next step is to navigate to the Konnector Library, where you can find and activate various connectors.

  1. Locate the Konnector Library Tab: After logging in, look for the Konnector Library tab on the navigation bar or within the main menu of your dashboard.

  2. Click on the Konnector Library Tab: Once you find the tab, click on it to enter the library. The Konnector Library is where you’ll be able to browse and manage the connectors available to integrate with your account.


Step 2: Find the Connector You Want to Activate

Now that you're in the Konnector Library, the next task is to find the specific connector you'd like to activate.

  1. Use the Search Feature: In the library, you'll likely see a search bar or filter options. Use these features to narrow down the list of connectors. You can either search by name, category, or other relevant tags.

  2. Browse the Available Connectors: Alternatively, you can scroll through the list of available connectors to find the one you need. Each connector may have a brief description or icon, making it easier to identify the right one for your needs.

  3. Select the Desired Connector: Once you locate the connector you want, click on its name or icon to view its details, including its capabilities, features, and requirements.




Step 3: Click the "Activate" Button

Now that you’ve selected the connector, the next step is to activate it.

  1. Activate the Connector: On the connector's detail page, look for a toggle. This button will usually be clearly visible, often located near the top of the page or under a prominent section.

  2. Authorization Prompt: After clicking "Activate," you may be prompted to grant permissions or provide additional authorization. This is necessary for the connector to access your account and integrate seamlessly with the systems you’re working with.

    • For example, if the connector requires access to your data, accounts, or external tools, you’ll need to authorize these actions by clicking "Allow" or entering your credentials for third-party services.

  3. Confirm Activation: Once you’ve authorized the connector, it will be activated and ready to use. Some platforms might display a confirmation message, while others might redirect you to a settings page or provide additional instructions.

Step 4: Complete the Activation Process

To finalize the activation and ensure the connector is fully functional, follow the final steps:

  1. Click the "Activate" Icon: In some interfaces, you may see an "Activate" icon (which could look like a gear, toggle switch, or a similar symbol). Click on this icon to complete the process.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: The system will typically show a confirmation message indicating that the connector has been successfully activated. This might be a pop-up notification, a green checkmark, or a similar visual cue that signals the process is complete.

  3. Start Using the Connector: After activation, the connector will be fully integrated into your account, and you can start using it immediately to connect to other services or perform your desired actions.
