Step 1: Access the Konnector Library

  • First, locate the Konnector library in your platform's main interface. Typically, it will be on the left-hand side of the screen, listed with other tools or features.

Step 2: Open the Admin Settings

  • In the connector library, look for a settings icon (it may look like a gear or wrench symbol). Click on this icon to open the settings menu.

  • In the settings menu, you should find an option labeled Admin Settings or something similar. Click on that option to proceed.

Step 3: Navigate to the App Market

  • After entering the Admin Settings, you will see various options related to your account and platform configurations. Look for an option named App Market and select it.

  • This section typically displays integrations, plugins, or apps available for your platform.

Step 4: Explore the Connections

  • In the App Market, you will find a list of all available integrations, along with their status (e.g., connected, pending, etc.).

  • Look through the list to check your connections. You should be able to view detailed information about each one, including whether the connection is active, its settings, and any necessary configurations.

Step 5: Select the Connection

  • Select the connection that you need to check.

  • Information regarding your selected Connection will appear

Step 5: Manage the Connections

  • If needed, you can manage or edit the connections from this interface. This might involve adjusting settings, enabling or disabling connections, or even adding new ones depending on the platform's functionality.
