Managing Your Subscription in Konnectify

Managing your subscription in Konnectify is a straightforward process. Whether you need to upgrade, downgrade, or simply understand what each plan offers, this guide walks you through everything you need to know.


1. Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Log in to your Konnectify account.

  2. From the left sidebar, click on Settings.

  3. Under Settings, click on Billing.

  4. You will be taken to the Choose Your Plan page.


2. Choosing a Billing Cycle

At the top of the page, you will find a toggle to switch between Monthly and Yearly billing.

  • Switching to Yearly billing saves you up to 25% compared to monthly billing.

  • Click View Plan Details on the top right to get a full comparison of all available plans.


3. Available Plans

Konnectify offers five plans — Free, Startup, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise. Each plan is designed for different use cases and team sizes.


Free

Free for iPaaS

The Free plan is ideal for individuals or small teams getting started with automation.

Tasks: 2,000 tasks in total

Features:

  • 30 minutes polling interval

  • Event Logs

  • 3 Users

  • Email Customer Support


Startup

Startup for iPaaS

The Startup plan is built for growing teams that need more powerful automation capabilities.

Pro

The Teams plan is designed for larger teams that require enterprise-grade performance, AI capabilities, and dedicated support.

Enterprise

Enterprise for iPaaS

The Enterprise plan is built for organizations with custom task requirements and large-scale automation needs. Contact the Konnectify Sales team to get a plan tailored to your needs.

  • Unlimited Konnectors

  • Agentic AI

  • 1 min polling interval

  • Premium Apps

  • Support 30hrs/month

  • Lookup Actions


4. Selecting or Changing Your Plan

  1. On the plan card of your choice, use the Tasks per month dropdown to select the task volume that best suits your needs. The price will update automatically based on your selection.

  2. Click Select Plan to proceed.

  3. For the Enterprise plan, click Contact Sales to get in touch with the Konnectify team.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your selection and complete the payment process.

  5. Your new plan will take effect once your payment has been processed.

Note: Your current active plan will be highlighted on the plan selection page, making it easy to see where you are and what you can upgrade to.
