Managing a subscription in Konnectify is a straightforward process. Konnectify offers free plans as well as premium plans that come at a cost lower than the market price. 

Whether you need to upgrade your plan, update your payment information, or cancel your subscription, this guide will walk you through the necessary steps.

1. Accessing Your Subscription Settings

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to Your Konnectify Account:

    • Go to the Konnectify login page.

    • Enter your username and password, then click "Log In."

  2. Navigate to Admin Settings:

    • Once logged in, from the sidebar, click on the Admin Settings.

    • From Admin Settings, click on Billing.

2. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Choose a Plan:

    • In this section, you will see your current plan details as well as the other plans that are available.

    • Browse through the available plans and select the one that best fits your needs.

  2. Confirm Your Selection:

    • From the options available (Free, Startup, Growth and Enterprise), select the plan that best suits your needs.

    • Review the new plan details and associated costs. 

  3. Complete the Process:

    • Follow the prompts to confirm your plan change.

    • Your new plan should take effect soon after your payment is processed.
