Accessing the Profile Section

  1. Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Konnectify account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Profile Icon: Once on the dashboard, locate the profile icon, typically positioned at the top-right corner of the interface.

  3. Open the Profile Menu: Click on the profile icon to reveal a dropdown menu. From here, select "Profile" to enter the Profile Section.

Key Features of the Profile Section

  1. Personal Information

    • View and Edit: Access your personal details such as name, email address, and contact information. To make changes, click the "Edit" button, update the necessary fields, and save your modifications.

    • Profile Picture: Upload or change your profile picture to personalize your account. Click on the current picture or placeholder to upload a new image from your device.

  2. Account Settings

    • Password Management: For security, it's advisable to update your password periodically. 

    • Navigate to the "Change Password" option, enter your current password and then enter the new password you want twice to confirm your password change.

  3. Logging Out:

    • To logout from your account, simply click on log out from the drop down menu that appears when you click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
