Organizing Your Workflow with Folders in Konnectify

Folders in Konnectify are a powerful tool to help you organize your work, projects, and collaborations efficiently. Whether you're managing multiple projects, working with different teams, or simply keeping your resources neatly sorted, folders make it easy to keep everything in order.


Creating a New Folder

To create a new folder in Konnectify, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard: Once logged in, go to your main dashboard where all your projects and resources are listed.

  2. Create a New Folder:

    • Look for the "New Folder" button, usually found at the top or side of your dashboard.

    • Click on it, and a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to name your folder. Name your folder as you wish.

    • Confirm by clicking "Create," and your folder will now appear in the dashboard.


Adding Items to a Folder

You can organize various items such as files, projects, and other resources into folders:

  1. Select and Move:

    • Select the item you want to move into the folder.

    • Using the move to option seen above, you can move the konnector to the desired folder. The Konnector will then be stored inside that folder.

  2. Move Using Options:

    • Right-click (or tap on mobile) on the item you want to move.

    • Select "Move to Folder" from the dropdown menu.

    • Choose the desired folder from the list that appears.

Managing Folders

  1. Renaming Folders:

  • Right-click on the folder you wish to rename.

  • Select "Rename" from the menu, enter the new name, and save it.


  1. Deleting Folders:

  • Right-click on the folder you want to delete.

  • Choose "Delete" from the menu. Be cautious, as this action may permanently remove all items within the folder.

Tips for Effective Folder Organization

  • Categorize by Project or Task: Name folders based on specific projects or tasks to help you identify it easily.

  • Use Subfolders: For more detailed organization, create subfolders within your main folders. This can help break down larger projects into manageable sections and helps your track your workflows with ease.

  • Regularly Update: Periodically review your folders to ensure they remain relevant and discard any outdated or unnecessary items.

By using folders in Konnectify, you can streamline your workflow, making it easier to locate and manage your resources. Whether you’re working solo or collaborating with a team, well-organized folders will enhance your productivity and keep your projects on track.
