Step 1: Go to Konnector History
Click on the “Konnector History” icon in the toolbar on the left side of the window.
Step 2: Viewing Automation Logs
Inside the History section, you'll see a list of execution logs.
Each log entry will have a status indicator:
Success
Warning
Failure
No input
Partial Sucess
Identify entries marked as Failed to analyze issues.
Step 3: Analyzing Failed Logs
Click on a Failed log entry to expand detailed information.
Review the Error Message or Code provided to understand the reason for failure.
Check the timestamp to see when the failure occurred.
Verify if multiple instances of failure exist for the same workflow.
Step 4: Diagnosing Issues
Authentication Errors: Re-authenticate the connected apps if the error is related to authorization.
Data Issues: Ensure that all required fields are correctly mapped and formatted.
API Limits: Some apps have API call restrictions that may block automation.
Connectivity Problems: If the external app is down, Konnectify may not execute the workflow.
Step 5: Implementing Fixes
Retry the workflow manually after correcting the issue.
Adjust workflow conditions to handle edge cases and prevent recurring errors.
