Understanding Actions in Konnectify

Created by Janardhan Baskar, Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 7:55 PM by Janardhan Baskar

In Konnectify, an action is what happens after a trigger event occurs.

Once the trigger activates the workflow, an action is executed based on the predefined task you’ve set up.

For example, if your trigger is "A new email is received," the action could be "Send a notification."

This means that every time you receive a new email, Konnectify will automatically send a notification. Actions are the tasks that carry out your workflow, making your automated processes efficient and effective.
