Forms are no longer something that you can afford to ignore, considering it's a powerful tool that major corporations use to assess the needs and wants of their customers.
At Konnectify, our product is designed to help you automate your workflow which in turn streamlines your workflow through various features, and one of the most powerful features we offer is ‘Forms’.
This article will guide you through everything you need to know about creating, customizing, and utilizing forms within Konnectify.
Step 1: Log in to Konnectify

After successfully logging into your Konnectify account, you will be directed to your main dashboard.
To proceed, look for the "Forms" section, which is typically listed in the navigation panel on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on the "Forms" tab to open the page dedicated to managing and creating forms.
Step 3: Click the "New Form" Button
Once you are on the Forms page, look for the prominent "+ New Form" button. This button is often centrally located on the page, making it easy to find.
By clicking this button, you initiate the creation of a brand-new form, giving you a fresh canvas to start designing your form from scratch.
Step 4: Enter Form Details
You will now be directed to the New Form creation page, where you will need to provide some key details about your form. These details include:
Form Name: Choose a unique and descriptive name for your form to help you easily identify it later.
Form Description (Optional): Optionally, you can add a brief description of the form to provide more context or explain its purpose to the users who will be interacting with it.
Form Type: Select the type of form you are creating. This could include options like a contact form, a survey, or other predefined form types. The type you choose will determine the available fields and settings for your form.
Step 5: Add Form Fields
To personalize and configure the content of your form, click on the "Add Field" button. This will allow you to add various types of input fields to collect different kinds of information.

After finalizing the design and settings of your form, make sure to click the "Submit" button. This action will store your form in Konnectify’s system, making it ready for use.
Congratulations! Your form is now created, saved, and available for deployment or distribution.
