STEPS TO MAKE A FIELD MANDATORY
STEP 1: Log in to your Konnectify account and navigate to the Forms section
STEP 2: Open the form you wish to edit or create a new form using the drag‑and‑drop Smart Form Builder.
Here, we are editing an old form.
STEP 3: Select the Field to Modify
Click on the field you want to make mandatory.
This action will display the field’s settings or properties panel ( right side of the editor).
STEP 4: Enable the “Required” Setting
In the properties panel, look for the ‘Required’ option.
Toggle on the 'Required' option. This marks the field with an asterisk or similar indicator, showing that it must be filled out before submission.
STEP 5: Save Your Form
Save the changes made to your form.
Making a field mandatory in Konnectify is straightforward with the built‑in settings in the Smart Form Builder. By simply selecting a field and enabling the ‘Required’ option, you can ensure that all essential information is captured before a user submits the form.
