Konnectify Forms has a wide range of elements that you can incorporate into your forms allowing you to gather a ton of data via, which then allows you to gather information effectively by using a variety of form elements. Here’s a detailed guide with examples:


1. Text 

Collect short, specific responses such as names, phone numbers, etc.

  • Example: "First Name" - a single-line input field where the user enters their first name.

2. E-mail

  • Specifically designed to collect valid email addresses.

  • Example: "Email Address" - ensures the entered text follows an email format (e.g., user@example.com).

3. Number

  • Collect numerical data, such as phone numbers or quantities.

  • Example:

    • "Phone Number" - an input field for entering a contact number.

    • "Quantity" - an input field for entering a numeric value like the number of items.

4. Multi-Line

  • Ideal for collecting longer, detailed responses such as feedback, comments, or descriptions.

  • Example: "Describe your experience" - a multi-line field allowing users to write a detailed response.

5. Dropdown

  • Purpose: Allow users to select a single option from a defined list.

  • Example: "Preferred contact mode" - a dropdown list asking a job applicant how they would prefer to be contacted, where the user selects one.

6. Checkbox

  • Check this box to confirm your selection.

7. Radio Buttons

9. Date and Time 

  • Purpose: Provides an interface for users to select a date or time.
