Step 1: Navigate to the Konnector Library
Once logged in, click on the "Konnector Library" tab located in the navigation menu.
This will take you to the section where all your connectors are listed.
Step 2: Find the Live Konnector You Want to Edit
Search for the live Konnector you want to make changes to. You can use search filters or browse through the list.
Click on the three dots of the Konnector you wish to edit. This will open the Konnector’s details page, where you can view and modify its settings.
Step 3: Click on the "Edit" Button
Once you're on the Konnector’s details page, click the "Edit" button (usually located at the top of the page).
This will switch the interface into edit mode, allowing you to make changes.
Step 4: Make Changes to the Konnector
In edit mode, make the necessary changes to the Konnector. This could involve updating fields, adjusting actions, or modifying triggers and workflows.
You can make as many changes as you need during this stage without affecting the live version of the Konnector.
Step 5: Click on the "Save as Draft" Button
Once you’ve made your desired changes, click the "Save as Draft" button.
This action saves your changes as a draft, meaning they won’t be reflected in the live Konnector. You can continue to work on the draft without worrying about affecting the live version.
Step 6: Review and Test Your Draft (Optional)
After saving the draft, review and test your changes to ensure they are working as expected.
You may want to simulate or preview the draft to verify that everything functions correctly before it goes live.
Step 7: Publish Your Draft (Optional)
If you're satisfied with your draft and confident it’s ready to go live, click on the "Publish" button.
This will replace the current live Konnector with your updated draft, making your changes active for all users.
Notes:
Drafts allow you to make changes without affecting the live Konnector. This provides a safe environment to work on new configurations or improvements before they go live.
You can save multiple drafts and switch between them if needed, making it easy to experiment with different configurations or restore previous versions.
