How To Filter A Konnector

Step 1: Navigate to the Konnector Library

  • Locate the Konnector Library: Once logged in, you will be directed to your Konnectify dashboard. From here, look for the "Konnectors" option in the main navigation menu.

  • Click the "Konnectors" Tab: The Konnector Library houses all your available Konnectors) for integration. Clicking on the tab will take you to the section where you can browse through various Konnectors.


Step 2: Click the "Filter" Button

  • Locate the Filter Button: In the Konnector Library, you will see a “Filter” button. It is typically located at the top of the screen above the konnectors for easy access.

  • Click the Filter Button: When you click on this button, a filter menu will appear, allowing you to narrow down the Konnectors based on your criteria.


Step 3: Select Filter Criteria

Choose Your Desired Filters: The filter menu will present several criteria that you can use to customize your search. Depending on what you're looking for, you can select any combination of the following filters:

  • Active

  • Disable

  • Draft


  

Step 5: Apply the Filter

  • Review Your Selected Filters: After selecting the desired filter criteria, review the options to ensure they align with your needs.

  • Click the "Apply" Button: Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the “Apply” button. The Konnector Library will refresh and display only the Konnectors that match your chosen criteria.


Step 6: Clear the Filter (Optional)

  • Remove the Filters: If you wish to remove your filter settings and view all Konnectors again, simply click the "Clear" button located near the filter menu.

  • Reset and View All Konnectors: After clicking "Clear," the filter menu will be reset, and you will see the full list of available Konnectors without any restrictions.
