Konnectify uses the LeadSquared API to securely interact with your LeadSquared account. The API allows external platforms to create, read, update, and manage leads, accounts, opportunities, lists, tasks, appointments, and activities programmatically.

LeadSquared supports API authentication using:
- Access Key and Secret Key
- OAuth (based on account configuration)
You can generate API credentials from your LeadSquared admin settings and use them while creating the connection in Konnectify.

This section explains how to connect your LeadSquared account to Konnectify so you can use LeadSquared as a trigger or action in your workflows.
Before creating the workflow, ensure you have:
- A valid LeadSquared account
- LeadSquared API credentials (Access Key & Secret Key)
- Required admin or API permissions in LeadSquared
- Access to the Konnectify platform
- Permission to create/manage connections in Konnectify
Step 1: Connect LeadSquared in Konnectify
- Log in to Konnectify
- Click New on the top-right corner and select Connections
- Select LeadSquared
- Enter:
- Connection Name (e.g., my leadsquared connection – This name is for reference only and helps distinguish between multiple LeadSquared connections within Konnectify)
- Access Key
- Secret Key
- Click Create Connection
Step 2: Create a New Konnector
- Click New on the top-right corner and select Konnectors
- Choose a trigger app (for example: LeadSquared, Webhook, Google Forms, etc.)
- Select the required trigger event (for example: New Lead Instant, Updated Lead Instant, New Opportunity Instant, etc.)
- Choose the LeadSquared connection you created and click Continue
Step 3: Add and Configure LeadSquared Action
- Click Action
- Select LeadSquared
- Choose an action (for example: Create Lead, Update Opportunity, Create Task, etc.)
- Select the Connection and click Continue
- Fill all mandatory fields such as:
- Lead Name / Email
- Account Details
- Opportunity Type
- Task Owner
- Required custom fields
Step 4: Value Mapping and Workflow Testing
- Map dynamic fields from the trigger output
- Use static values only when required
- Run the workflow using sample data
- Verify the execution status and response from LeadSquared
Step 5: Activate Konnector
- Save the Konnector
- Turn the workflow ON
- Perform a real-time test from the trigger source
- Confirm that the data is reflected in LeadSquared

Fires when a new account (company) is created.
Fires when an existing account is updated.

This trigger fires instantly when a lead is added to a specific list.
This trigger fires immediately when a new lead is created in LeadSquared.
This trigger fires immediately when an existing lead is updated in LeadSquared.
Task Triggers
This trigger fires immediately when a new task is created in LeadSquared.
This trigger fires immediately when an existing task is updated in LeadSquared.
Opportunity Triggers
This trigger fires immediately when a new opportunity of a specific type is created in LeadSquared.
This trigger fires immediately when an existing opportunity of a specific type is updated in LeadSquared.
Activity Triggers
This trigger fires when a new activity is logged against an account (company).

LeadSquared provides multiple actions in Konnectify that allow workflows to perform operations in your LeadSquared account. These actions help you create, update, retrieve, and manage records such as leads, accounts, opportunities, tasks, lists, appointments, and activities as part of automated workflows.
Lead Management Actions
This action creates a new lead with standard and custom fields available in your LeadSquared account.
This action creates a new lead or updates an existing lead with standard and custom fields available in your LeadSquared account.
This action updates the details of an existing lead identified by its ID.
This action retrieves the details of a lead using the selected identifier.
This action deletes an existing lead by its ID.
Opportunity Management Actions
This action creates a new sales opportunity.
This action updates specific fields of an existing opportunity using its ID.
This action retrieves details of an opportunity.
This action deletes an existing opportunity by its ID using a query parameter.
Account Management Actions
This action creates a new company account.
This action updates the details of an existing account.
This action retrieves details of an account by its Company ID under the specified Company Type.
This action deletes an existing account. Optionally, it can also delete all leads under the account.
List Management Actions
This action creates a new empty static list.
This action adds an existing lead to a specific static list.
This action removes a lead from a specific static list.
This action retrieves a list by its name. Supports static, dynamic, and refreshable lists.

This action sends a transactional or marketing email to a specific lead.

This action creates a new activity and associates it with an account.
