- Select Follow Up Boss
- Enter:
- Connection Name
Enter a unique name for your connection.

(This name is for reference only and helps distinguish between multiple Follow Up Boss connections within Konnectify.) - API Key
Enter your Follow Up Boss API Key exactly as generated from your Follow Up Boss account settings. - X System Key
Enter your registered X System Key provided by Follow Up Boss for API authentication. - X System Name
Enter your registered X System Name exactly as configured in your Follow Up Boss developer settings.
- Connection Name
- Click Create Connection
Step 2: Create a New Konnecter
- Click New on the top-right corner and select Konnectors
- Choose a trigger app (for example: Webhook, Google Forms, CRM, or Follow Up Boss)
- Select the required trigger event (for example: New People, Tasks Created, Deals Updated, etc.)
- Choose the Follow Up Boss connection you created and click Continue
Step 3: Add and Configure Follow Up Boss Action
- Click Action
- Select Follow Up Boss
- Choose an action (for example: Create People, Create Task, Create Deal, etc.)
- Select the Connection and click Continue
- Fill all mandatory fields such as:
- Person Name / Email (for People actions)
- Deal Name / Stage (for Deal actions)
- Task Title / Due Date (for Task actions)
- Call or Message details (for communication actions)
Step 4: Value Mapping and Workflow Testing
- Map dynamic fields from the trigger output
- Use static values only when required
- Run the workflow using sample data
- Verify the execution status and response from Follow Up Boss
Step 5: Activate Konnector
- Save the Konnector
- Turn the workflow ON
- Perform a real-time test from the trigger source
