This section explains how to connect your SalesBuildr account to Konnectify so you can use SalesBuildr as a trigger or action in your workflows.
Before creating the workflow, ensure you have:
- A valid SalesBuildr account
- API credentials (API key or OAuth token)
- Access to the Konnectify platform

Step 1: Connect SalesBuildr in Konnectify
- Log in to Konnectify
- Click New on the top-right corner and select Connections
- Select SalesBuildr
- Enter the required details:
- Connection Name
Enter a recognizable name for your connection.
Example: My SalesBuildr Connection - API Key
Enter your SalesBuildr API Key.
You can generate or retrieve this from your SalesBuildr account settings. - Base URL
Enter the SalesBuildr API base URL.
Example: https://api.salesbuildr.com
- Connection Name
- Click Create Connection
Step 2: Create a New Konnector
- Click New on the top-right corner and select Konnectors
- Choose a trigger app (for example: Webhook, CRM, or SalesBuildr)
- Select the required trigger event (for example: New Quote Created)
- Choose the SalesBuildr connection you created and click Continue
Step 3: Add and Configure SalesBuildr Action
- Click Action
- Select SalesBuildr
- Choose the required action (for example: Create Contact, Update Company, Find Product)
- Select the Connection and click Continue
- Fill all mandatory fields such as:
- Contact Name
- Company ID
- Product Details
- Pricing Information
Step 4: Value Mapping and Workflow Testing
- Map dynamic fields from the trigger output
- Use static values only when necessary
- Run the workflow using sample data
- Verify the execution status and response from SalesBuildr
Step 5: Activate Konnector
- Save the Konnector
- Turn the workflow ON
- Perform a real-time test from the trigger source
- Confirm that the data is reflected in SalesBuildr

Creates a new contact record in SalesBuildr, including name, email, phone, company association, and active status.
Updates an existing contact record in SalesBuildr, allowing changes to name, phone, email, company association, and active status.
Deletes a contact from SalesBuildr using its external contact ID.
Company Actions
Retrieves company details from SalesBuildr using either the Company ID or Company External ID.
Creates a new company record in SalesBuildr, including address, delivery address, account manager, and other company details.
Updates an existing company record in SalesBuildr using its Company ID, including address, delivery address, and other company details.
