How to Connect Apollo.io to Konnectify

Follow these steps to connect Apollo.io to Konnectify and start building automations.

Prerequisites

Before creating the workflow, ensure you have:

  • An active Apollo.io account
  • Your Apollo API Key
  • A Konnectify account with access to create Konnectors

Step 1: Create a New Connection for Apollo.io

  1. Login to Konnectify
  2. Navigate to Connections in the left sidebar
  3. Click Create Connection
  4. Select Apollo.io from the list of apps
    Enter the following details:
    • Connection Name
      Enter a name to identify this connection (e.g., “Apollo Sales Team”)
    • API Key
      Paste your Apollo API key here.
  5. Click Create Connection

Step 2: Create a New Konnector

  1. Go to Konnectors
  2. Click Create Konnector
  3. Choose a trigger app (Apollo.io)
  4. Select a trigger event (example: New Added Contact)

Step 3: Add Apollo.io as Trigger or Action

  1. In the workflow builder, click Add Trigger or Add Action
  2. Choose Apollo.io as the app
  3. Select the required operation from the list:
    • Contact Name
    • Account Name
    • Deal Name
    • Task Name
  4. Map input fields using data from previous steps
Note: You can mix Apollo.io actions with other apps such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.

Step 4: Test the Workflow

  1. Click Test Trigger to fetch sample data from Apollo.io
  2. Verify that sample data appears correctly in the workflow builder
  3. Click Test Action to ensure Apollo operations run successfully

Step 5: Publish the Konnector

Once testing is successful:

  1. Save the Konnector
