How to Connect Google Calendar to Konnectify

To connect Google Calendar to Konnectify, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

Before creating the workflow, ensure you have:

  • A Google account with access to Google Calendar
  • A Konnectify account

Step 1: Connect Google Calendar in Konnectify

  1. Go to Konnectify Marketplace.
  2. Search for Google Calendar app.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Complete OAuth authorization with your Google account.
  5. Once connected, Google Calendar will appear as an active connection.

Step 2: Create a New Konnector

  1. Go to Konnectors section.
  2. Click Create New Konnector.
  3. Select Trigger app (example: HubSpot, Google Forms, etc.).
  4. Select Trigger event (example: New Form Submission).
  5. Choose Google Calendar as your Action app.

Step 3: Add and Configure Google Calendar Action

  1. From Action list, select the desired Google Calendar action.
  2. Select the correct Google Calendar connection.
  3. Fill required fields for the action, such as:
  4. Fill required fields based on the selected action:
    • Calendar ID
    • Event Title
    • Start Time
    • End Time
    • Attendees (optional)
Note: You can map dynamic data from the trigger output into these action fields.

Step 4: Value Mapping and Workflow Testing

  • Use the Konnectify field mapper to insert values from trigger output into action fields
  • Test your workflow to validate Google Calendar event creation or updates
  • Verify the event appears in your Google Calendar correctly

Step 5: Activate Konnector

  • Once testing is successful, turn on the Konnector
  • Your workflow will now run automatically whenever the trigger fires
