Understanding Triggers in Konnectify

Created by Janardhan Baskar, Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 7:56 PM by Janardhan Baskar

In Konnectify, a trigger is the starting point of an automated workflow.

Think of it as the event that kicks off a series of tasks or actions. Whenever a specific condition is met, the trigger activates the workflow.

For example, if you set up a workflow where "A new email is received" serves as the trigger, the moment an email lands in your inbox, the workflow begins. Triggers help automate your processes by ensuring that the right actions are initiated automatically, saving you time and effort.
