How to change my password in Konnectify

Please note that you can only change your password if you signed up with an email address, not if you registered using your Google account.

Follow these steps to change your password in Konnectify:

STEP 1: Log in to your Konnectify account and click on your profile icon at the top-right corner.

STEP 2: Once you click on the profile icon. A popped-up box will appear. Select “Profile”.

STEP 3: Now you are on the profile page. You will see the “Change Password” option on the left. Click on "Change Password”.

STEP 4: Enter your current password and your new password.

STEP 5: Click "Change Password" to save your changes.

That’s it! Your password is now updated. If you have any further issues, contact support for assistance.
