How to Reset a Forgotten Password

Step 1: Go to the Konnectify Login Page

Open a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and type in the URL for the Konnectify login page in the address bar. This will bring you to the page where you normally log in to your Konnectify account.

Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password"

• Beneath the login form, you will see a link labeled "Forgot Password." Click on this link. 

• It will take you to the next step of the password recovery process.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

• On the password recovery page, you will be asked to enter the email address you used when registering for Konnectify. Make sure to double-check that the email is correct.

• After entering your email, click on the button that says "Send Link for  Reset Password." Konnectify will send an email with a link to reset your password.

Step 4: Check Your Email

• Go to your email inbox (or spam/junk folder, if you don't see it right away) and look for an email from Konnectify with the subject line indicating a password reset request.

• Open the E-mail and look for a link to reset your password. Click on this link to continue the password reset process.

Step 5: Enter a New Password

• You will be directed to a page where you can create a new password for your Konnectify account.

• Choose a strong, secure password that is different from your previous ones. A good password should include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

• After entering your new password, you will be asked to confirm it by typing it again in the confirmation field. This helps ensure you didn’t make a mistake while typing.

Step 6: Click "Reset"

Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on the "Reset Password" button. This will save the new password and update your account with it.

Step 7: Log in with Your New Password

• After resetting your password, go back to the Konnectify login page.

• Enter your email address and the new password you just set. Click "Log in" to access your account with your new credentials.
