Authentication method: Credentials (API Key)

Konnectify connects to Delightloop using an API Key. You’ll paste the key into Konnectify when creating the connection. Keep your key secure and rotate it if you suspect it has been exposed.

How to connect Delightloop to Konnectify

Prerequisites

A Delightloop account with permission to generate/use API keys
Your Delightloop API Key (and optional base URL, if applicable)
A Konnectify account and an existing or new Workflow

Add Delightloop to a Workflow

Open Konnectify and create (or open) a Workflow.
Click Add step and search for Delightloop.

Authorize via API Key

Select Add new connection.
Paste your API Key (and Base URL if required by your workspace).
Save the connection.

Configure the Action

Choose the Delightloop action you want (for example, creating a list or adding a contact to a list).
Map fields from earlier steps (e.g., CRM fields, form inputs, spreadsheet columns).

Use consistent identifiers (like email address) when adding contacts to lists to reduce accidental duplicates and ensure clean list segmentation.

How does Delightloop authenticate in Konnectify?

Delightloop uses API Key authentication in Konnectify. Create/copy your key from Delightloop, then paste it into the Delightloop connection in Konnectify. The optional Base URL can be provided if your workspace requires a specific API domain.

Which Delightloop plans are supported?

Any Delightloop plan that provides API access and permission to generate/use API keys should work. If you can’t find API key settings or see permission errors, check your plan and workspace role in Delightloop.

How do Delightloop triggers work—webhooks or polling?

This integration version includes no Delightloop triggers (0 total). To automate with Delightloop, start your workflow from triggers in other apps (CRM, form submissions, spreadsheets, etc.) and then execute Delightloop actions.

How can I prevent duplicate contacts in Delightloop?

This connector currently doesn’t include an explicit Upsert action. To reduce duplicates, use a consistent unique field (typically email) and add a “find/lookup” step in your upstream system (or maintain a de-duplication check in your workflow) before calling Create a Contact By List.

What happens if Delightloop rate limits my requests?

If Delightloop enforces rate limits, you may see intermittent failures during high-volume runs. Best practices include batching where possible, adding delays between steps, and scheduling large syncs during off-peak hours. If needed, retry after the window resets.
