Authentication method: API Key (credentials)
Konnectify connects to Lusha using an API Key. You generate the key in Lusha, then paste it into the Konnectify connection form. Keep the key secure and rotate it if you suspect it’s been exposed.

How to connect
Prerequisites
- A Lusha account with API access enabled
- A Lusha API Key
- A Konnectify workspace with permission to create connections and workflows
Add Lusha to a Workflow
- Create a new workflow (or open an existing one) in Konnectify.
- Search for Lusha in the app catalog.
- Select the action you want to run (for example, Enrich Contact).
Authorize via API Key
- In the Lusha connection step, paste your API Key.
- Click Connect to validate the key.
- If validation fails, confirm the key is active and your plan supports API access.
Configure the Action
- Map the input fields (e.g., email, LinkedIn URL, domain, company name, IDs).
- Use earlier steps (CRM lookup, form submission, etc.) to supply identifiers reliably.
- Choose bulk actions when enriching lists to reduce API calls.
Tip: Lusha enrichment endpoints often require at least one strong identifier (like email, LinkedIn URL, domain, or Lusha IDs). If optional fields are left blank, the API may return partial results.
Test the Workflow
- Run a test with a known contact/company to validate mappings.
- Review the step output to confirm enriched fields are present.
- If results are empty, try a stronger identifier (e.g., LinkedIn URL or domain).
Activate the Workflow
- Turn on the workflow once you’re satisfied with test results.
- Monitor early runs to ensure API usage stays within your Lusha quota.
- Iterate mappings to align with your CRM field requirements.

If Lusha returns a rate-limit or quota error, the workflow run will record the error in logs. To reduce API usage, prefer bulk enrichment actions (multiple contacts/companies) and add batching in your workflow where applicable.
