This RocketReach connector uses API Key authentication. You’ll paste your RocketReach API key into Konnectify when creating a connection. Keep this key secure—anyone with it can access your RocketReach API based on your plan’s permissions.

RocketReach API access, the number of lookups, and returned contact fields can vary by subscription plan and may be subject to rate limits. If you see throttling or partial results, reduce workflow concurrency, add retry/backoff in your flow, and confirm your RocketReach plan includes the endpoints you’re calling.

How to connect RocketReach to Konnectify

Prerequisites

How does authentication work for RocketReach in Konnectify?
RocketReach uses API Key authentication in this connector. When you create a RocketReach connection in Konnectify, you paste your API key (generated in RocketReach). Konnectify uses it to authorize API calls made by your workflow steps.
Which RocketReach plans are supported?
Any plan that includes RocketReach API access should work. Availability of specific endpoints (search vs. lookup), returned fields (verified emails/phones), and monthly credits can vary by plan. If an action fails, confirm your subscription includes that API feature.
How do RocketReach triggers work in Konnectify?
This connector currently provides no RocketReach triggers (no polling or webhook events). To automate enrichment, start your workflow with triggers from other systems (CRM events, form submissions, spreadsheet rows, or a Konnectify webhook), then call RocketReach actions to enrich the record.
How can I prevent duplicates when enriching leads?
RocketReach actions don’t “upsert” records in RocketReach; they return data. To prevent duplicates in your destination (CRM/DB), use a stable key such as email, LinkedIn URL, or RocketReach profile ID. In Konnectify, add a lookup/check step in your destination system before creating a new record.
What happens if RocketReach rate-limits my workflow?
If RocketReach returns rate-limit or throttling responses, reduce parallelism (process fewer records at once), add delays between steps for bulk jobs, and implement retries with backoff where appropriate. Also confirm you’re not exceeding plan credit limits for lookup actions.
Can I connect multiple RocketReach accounts?
