What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that allows AI assistants to securely access external tools, applications, and services.

By connecting Konnectify through MCP, your AI assistant gains direct access to your automation environment without requiring you to manually configure every step.

Your AI assistant can

Discover available apps and integrations
Create and modify workflows
Execute and monitor automations
Retrieve execution logs and troubleshoot
Build automations using natural language

Why connect Konnectify to your AI assistant?

Connecting Konnectify through MCP transforms your AI assistant into an automation partner that can understand, create, and manage workflows on your behalf.

Build with natural language

Creation

Instead of manually configuring every step, simply describe what you need. Your AI assistant identifies the required apps, triggers, and actions and helps build the workflow.

Example

"When a new lead is created in HubSpot, create a contact in Salesforce and notify the sales team in Slack."

Discover apps and capabilities

Discovery

Ask your AI assistant questions about supported integrations. The MCP server provides real-time access to available applications and their capabilities.

Which CRM apps are available in Konnectify?
What triggers does Freshdesk support?
What actions are available in Slack?

Monitor and troubleshoot

Observability

Your AI assistant can investigate workflow issues by accessing execution history and logs, identifying failing steps and reducing troubleshooting time.

Example

"Why did my Freshdesk to Slack workflow fail?"

Manage existing workflows

Management

Use natural language to view, rename, update configurations, modify steps, and monitor automation performance — without opening the builder.
