FAQ

How does Handwrytten authentication work in Konnectify?
Handwrytten uses API Key authentication in this connector. Add your Handwrytten API key when creating the connection in Konnectify, then reuse that saved connection in any Handwrytten action step.
Which Handwrytten plans are supported?
Any Handwrytten account with API access and the required catalog, card, and order permissions can be connected. Some actions may depend on your Handwrytten plan, available balance, card library, country coverage, custom card permissions, or campaign configuration.
How do Handwrytten triggers work?
This connector version does not include Handwrytten triggers. To start a workflow, use a trigger from another connected app, such as a new CRM contact, paid ecommerce order, form submission, support ticket, or spreadsheet row, then add Handwrytten actions.
How can I avoid sending duplicate handwritten cards?
Because this connector does not include upsert-style order actions, design your workflow to check source-system status fields before creating orders. A common approach is to mark the source record as “Handwrytten sent” after a successful order and add a condition that skips records already marked as sent.
How does Konnectify handle Handwrytten rate limits or API errors?
Konnectify records action responses and errors in workflow run history. If Handwrytten returns rate limit, validation, permission, payment, or fulfillment errors, review the error details, correct the data or account issue, and rerun the workflow when appropriate.
Can I connect multiple Handwrytten accounts?
Yes. Create a separate Konnectify connection for each Handwrytten API key or account. When configuring a workflow step, select the connection that matches the brand, sender address, card catalog, or business unit you want to use.
Can I use custom card images, QR codes, inserts, and gift cards in automated orders?
Yes, when those resources are available in your Handwrytten account. Use catalog actions to list supported cards, fonts, inserts, gift cards, signatures, stamp options, and QR code frames. For branded campaigns, upload images, check print quality, create QR codes, and create custom cards before submitting orders.
