Click Create with Copilot to continue.

3
Copilot generates the workflow

Copilot analyses your description and builds the workflow structure automatically. Review what was created:

✓ Trigger addede.g., HubSpot – New Contact
✓ Action addede.g., Slack – Send Message To User

Once you've reviewed the workflow structure, click Proceed to continue.

4
Connect your apps

You will now see the Apps Connected section. Select the appropriate connection for each app, then click Proceed to Field Mapping.

✓ Already connected
Existing connections are automatically selected
Not connected
Create or choose a new connection for each app
5
Configure field mapping

Configure how data flows from the trigger to the action. For each field, you can enter a static value or map a dynamic field from the trigger.

Example — Slack action field mapping
User ID Select the recipient (e.g., slackbot or a specific user)
Text Define the message content (static or mapped)
Example message
New contact created in HubSpot: {{firstname}} {{lastname}} – Email: {{email}}

After configuring the required fields, click Continue.

6
Save and activate the Konnector
  1. Click Save once mapping is complete.
  2. Toggle the Konnector to Active if you want it to start running immediately.
✓ ResultYour Konnector is now ready to run based on the defined trigger.
